Aestus Promise - Exclusive lifetime guarantee on Pi-Knives products

 

We strongly believe in everything we produce. Pi-Knives is renowned for it’s draw on materials of the highest quality, as well as their CEO quality checking each product multiple times before releasing it. This allows us to offer our customers the Aestus Promise - an exclusive lifetime guarantee on all Pi-Knives products. The Aestus Promise is transferable and no sales receipt is required for the claim.

 

Pi-Knives are designed for usage under the hardest conditions and in various situations. Please note, however, that we can only offer you warranty within the normal extent of usage. We do not warrant tear or loss. Keep in mind that Pi-Knives products are not meant to be used as throwing knives. Throwing the blades will likely lead to damages, which will not be covered by the warranty. It is necessary that the user keeps the maintain the knife in a good condition, in order to keep the warranty up. Minor damages due to normal wear, such as minor scratches, are not covered by the warranty. Of course, you may still send the knife in and we will assess the damage and repair it in exchange for a reasonable charge.

 

We highly believe that special products need special treatment, that’s why we would ask you to shoot us an informal message to contact@aestusarsenal.com and tell us a little bit about the damage. We check each claim extensively and individually, therefore we appreciate as detailed claims as possible. If you can, please include pictures as well. Normally, the next steps will include an assessment of your knife, resulting in us covering the fees for you shipping the knife to Pi-Knives.

 

Of course, every claim is different. Usually, as mentioned above, shipping fees will be covered by the warranty. In the unlikely case that we strongly discourage you from sending the knife to us, due to our assessment resulting in the evident conclusion that the damage is not covered by the warranty, we cannot guarantee covering the shipping fee. Of course, if it turns out that the claim is justified, we will refund any costs occurring on your side. If you still want your knife to be repaired, even though it is not covered by the Aestus Promise, we will send you a quotation with our reasonable repair costs before you ship the knife to us. 

 

Due to our limited production runs, we are not able to replace knives, which can not be repaired anymore. If this should be the case, the whole purchase price will be refunded to the owners account. 

 

We realize that damages are already causing enough inconvenience, therefore we want to make the damage claim as convenient as possible. Just mail us at contact@aestusarsenal.com and we will figure things out - Aestus Promise!

 

The Company does not authorize any person to create for it any obligation or liability in connection with the Products. No other warranties, express or implied, are made to the Original User with respect to the Products including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights as otherwise permitted by law.  If this product is considered a consumer product, please be advised that some local laws do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not fully apply. Refer to your local laws for your specific rights under this warranty.
